Alexandra Radford

President
Majoring in SCOM

Hello and welcome to DSSA! As president this year, I hope to provide a lot of useful tools and events for students in SCOM, MIS and all of JMSB alike! As a group, we are working hard to make this year a success, and if you have any questions or comments or just want to say hi, don’t hesitate to send us an e-mail or come and visit us in the office! (MB4.431)

I was born and raised in Montreal and am going into my third and final year of study here at JMSB. I love the great outdoors, but am tired of long walks on the beach… My job in DSSA is to get as many of you involved as possible and to show the benefits of studying SCOM or MIS, so don’t be shy! Come and get involved! We’d love to have you: big, small, short or tall, the more the merrier!!

Mohammed Hanafi

Co-President
Majoring In SCOM

Just a Little bit about myself. I am from Egypt and I have been in Montreal for 4 years. I joined Co-op after my first year and got the chance to do my work terms at Nestle Canada and Research in Motion Ltd. Those work terms allowed me to learn a lot about my field and what employers look for when hiring a supply chain student. So one of my main objectives as Co-president is to provide supply chain and MIS students with information regarding different career paths in those fields. Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions about our association or supply chain and MIS fields.

VP Sponsorship
Majoring in MIS

Oh, thanks for reading about me.  I’m an MIS major, Marketing minor, born in the Caribbean but I’m from the world.  I came to Montreal three years ago to study MIS at a reputable business school, didn’t know what to expect.  Now I’m almost out of here with a lifetime full of experiences and contacts.  I’m glad I’m here, and I’m glad I got involved with school as well.  What are you waiting for, get involved with DSSA!

Swag.

I am a Supply Chain Operations Management student at Concordia University. Before joining Concordia University in 2007, I studied and lived in Saudi Arabia. My fields of interest are Logistics, Operations management, Cost saving, and Finance. I currently am a TA for COMM225 and I tutor Supply Chain Simulation as well. I have published a case study in a book titled “Information Systems Reengineering for Modern Business Systems”. After 5 years in Concordia University, I have made good relationships with many professors, and have a very good understanding of course structures in the university.

Jose "Pepe" Quiroga

VP Finance
Majoring in Finance

Hello, I’m Pepe and I’m the VP Finance here at DSSA. I came here from Bolivia two years ago and I have to say that my experience here has definitely been enhanced by being part of a student association. I like to help out people in whatever I can, so whatever you need whether it be school-related or personal, don’t hesitate to ask for my help. I always like to meet new people and I must say that DSSA is looking pretty sick this year so make sure to give us a visit!
